Overview
Are you currently working in the Cannabis industry and need certification? Or are you looking to work in the cannabis industry and would like to get certification to give you an edge on the competition? Then this course is for you.
This online course is approved to meet the regulations of the Cannabis Control Commission in Massachusetts. Successful participants will receive their certification which is valid in the state of Massachusetts for one year.
Requirements for this course?
The course is fully online and contains interactive activities videos and self-check quizzes. There are six modules of content outlined below. In order to begin the course you will need to a state issued photo identification card (driver’s license or State ID card). This course is self-paced so you can work away in your own time at your own pace. Our expert staff are available to guide you if you have any difficulties. Once you have completed each module (approximately 6 hours) there is a multiple-choice assessment quiz. After passing the quiz (70% or higher) a certificate of completion will be available to download.

This is a very comprehensive course which will cover crucial aspects of the industry, licensing regulatory issues and inspections. This course will cover how to do this and identify potential problems with checking identification before making a sale and how to avoid making mistakes. All aspects of running a marijuana retail premises will be covered and how to track and trace sales, quality and safety policy and record keeping. Finally, you will examine health and safety issues and sanctions that can be imposed if you are found to break these conditions.
